How can we help?
For account access, community safety, partner listings, referral questions, or technical support, email support@businesssuitenetwork.com. Include the email address associated with your account and a short description of the issue. Never send bank statements, tax records, Social Security numbers, passwords, or funding application documents by email.
Community safety
Use the report control on a post or comment for the fastest review. If you cannot access the app, email support with the content link and the reason for your concern. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Account and privacy requests
Members can delete their account from Profile in the mobile app. You can also use our account deletion instructions or email support for help.
Funding support
Business Suite Network is operated by NYS Capital Solutions, but sensitive funding and underwriting records are handled through a separate secure workflow. A community profile does not constitute a credit application or approval.
