Delete from the app
Open Business Suite Network, select Profile, choose Delete account, and confirm. This removes your sign-in account and initiates deletion of associated profile data. Content that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or financial recordkeeping may be preserved for the required period.
Request deletion without the app
Email privacy@businesssuitenetwork.com from the address associated with your account with the subject “Delete my Business Suite Network account.” We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
What is deleted
Account credentials, member profile information, notification tokens, saved preferences, and private membership associations are deleted or de-identified. Public discussions may be anonymized when removal would disrupt the integrity of conversations. Separate NYS Capital Solutions funding or underwriting records are not stored in this community account and follow their own retention requirements.
