SMS Terms & Consent
Last updated September 6, 2026
Business Suite Network text messages
Business Suite Network and NYS Capital Solutions may send recurring automated text messages containing community updates, educational resources, event reminders, business-service information, funding education, and partner offers only after a member expressly opts in. Consent is not a condition of joining the network, applying for funding, purchasing a product, or receiving any service.
How members opt in
A signed-in member opens Profile, selects Notifications, enables “SMS offers and updates,” enters their mobile number, reviews the disclosure displayed beside the control, and selects “Save notifications.” The setting is off by default. Members may also reply START after a prior opt-out to request that messages resume.
If you are already a member, you can manage this choice in your profile notification settings.
Frequency, charges, and delivery
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You may also disable SMS in your profile at any time or contact support@businesssuitenetwork.com.
