Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate registration information, safeguard your account, follow the Community Guidelines, respect intellectual property and privacy, and avoid unlawful, misleading, or abusive activity.

Partner relationships

Some links are compensated referrals. Required disclosures are presented with applicable recommendations. Independent partners control their services, eligibility decisions, pricing, privacy practices, and performance.

Educational limitation

Community content is general educational information and is not legal, tax, investment, accounting, or individualized financial advice. Consult an appropriately qualified professional for advice specific to your circumstances.

Accounts and content

You may initiate account deletion from settings. We may moderate content or restrict accounts to protect the service and its members. You retain ownership of content you create while granting the service permission to host and display it for community operation.

CredifyIQ And External Credit Services

CredifyIQ is presented through Business Suite Network as an external credit education and tools resource. Its separate portal may continue to use a nyscapitalsolutions.com subdomain. Listing the resource here does not transfer ownership of the portal or replace its own terms and privacy notices.

Review the provider’s current features, eligibility requirements, subscription pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before enrolling. Any credit-monitoring subscription or other paid service is governed by the terms disclosed by the provider at enrollment. We do not promise a particular credit score change, removal of report items, funding approval, or other result.
